USER EXPERIENCE:
Video Playing -
The flash creative (430x200) and Video (350x200) present at the same time. The 430x200 flash creative must be totally stopped after 10 seconds even if the video is still playing. Video Finished Playing -
Roadblock - two flash creative (430x80) and (350x200) present at the same time and animate up to 10 seconds.
- In case of frequency capped, the banner with dimension 430x80 will be shown on lefthand side when the video is playing (* this 430x80 is different to the 430x80 of roadblock). This 430x80 flash creative must be totally stopped after 10 seconds even if the video is still playing.
- Push down effect can be initiated again per user's click on text link.
- Push down Pam will be collapsed from 430x200 to 430x80 when the video clip finish playing.

General
The User Click can activate progressive download streaming.
For non-user initialed video, There is a 30 second maximum on video stream length. For campaigns that exceed 30 seconds, pre-approval and additional days for preparation is needed.
For user initialed video, There is a 120 second maximum on video stream length. For campaigns that exceed 120 seconds, pre-approval and additional days for preparation is needed.
There is a 2.2 MB maximum on video size. For video that exceed 2.2 MB, pre-approval and additional days for preparation is needed.
FLASH GUIDELINES:
Source File: All SWF file should be submitted with the source file (fla) for testing and scheduling
The clickTAG must be attached to a button object and called on Release. (refer to Click Command Rule)
Button layer should be added on visible floating object and regular banner area only
Flash banners must be published in flash version 5, 6, 7 or 8

Recommendation: Do not base on the scene color as the flash background color. Adding graphic as the background ensure the correctness of the creative
HTML:
HTML code cannot exceed 3k.
2 images maximum, total file size of images cannot exceed 20k.
Client-side imagemaps are acceptable and must be provided by the client.
Forms tags in HTML code must use "get" in the method.
CGIs referenced in the HTML code must be active at the time of ad submission for validating/testing the ad HTML code, and able to handle the traffic load. Ads with CGIs which are not active and/or cannot handle the projected traffic will not be accepted.
LINKING URL:
Linking URLs must be domain name based and cannot be the IP address (i.e., http://207.123.456.78 )
