40k for initial loading, up to 4 additional files can be loaded progressively in total file size of 100k. SWF, FLA, and backup GIF are required; all fonts in FLA must be converted into image.

480x360 / 480x270 or above video size is required for Full Screen feature
Video Format
Raw AVI format prefered.
WMV format accepted with Bit Rate 450kbps or above.
No other digital format accepted.
VHS and Beta Video tap format requires additional 2 business days for encoding.
General
The User Click can activate progressive download streaming.
For non-user initialed video, There is a 30 second maximum on video stream length. For campaigns that exceed 30 seconds, pre-approval and additional days for preparation is needed.
For user initialed video, There is a 120 second maximum on video stream length. For campaigns that exceed 120 seconds, pre-approval and additional days for preparation is needed.
There is a 2.2 MB maximum on video size. For video that exceed 2.2 MB, pre-approval and additional days for preparation is needed.
AUDIO:
Audio effect must be user initiated
No mouse-over audio starts on Homepage
Audio encoded at volume less than or equal to -12db
The clickTAG must be attached to a button object and called on Release. (refer to Click Command Rule)
Button layer should be added on visible floating object and regular banner area only
Flash banners must be published in flash version 5, 6, 7 or 8

HTML:
HTML code cannot exceed 3k.
2 images maximum, total file size of images cannot exceed 20k.
Client-side imagemaps are acceptable and must be provided by the client.
Forms tags in HTML code must use "get" in the method.
CGIs referenced in the HTML code must be active at the time of ad submission for validating/testing the ad HTML code, and able to handle the traffic load. Ads with CGIs which are not active and/or cannot handle the projected traffic will not be accepted.
LINKING URL:
Linking URLs must be domain name based and cannot be the IP address (i.e., http://207.123.456.78 )
